He really understood us as a family and what we were looking for. He understood our dream so well that he saw a house for us while we were out of town, and we made an offer on it without seeing the house in person. It truly was the perfect house for us, and Juan Pablo recognized that as soon as he walked in. He negotiated effectively on our behalf and we were able to come to an agreement quickly with the sellers. We loved working with him so much as our agent to find our home, that we asked him to represent our rental properties as well. Again, he showed the same consistent respectful and effective communication, dedication, and work ethic that we witnessed when looking for our new house.
