He worked to lease my former home, then sold it at a record value when I no longer wanted to be a landlord, and most recently, he helped me buy my new home. Closing on my new home was quite the journey. It took us five tries on different properties until we went under contract and closed on the property. On every offer, Juan Pablo knew the market very well and helped me negotiate the best deal possible. He also helped me navigate the real estate market with difficult and unreasonable sellers. Once we went under contract, he stayed on top of all the parties involved and we were able to close in approximately 25 days. The whole team was instrumental to keep us moving at a fast pace.
